Non-Appealable Policies

Question:
Which policies cannot be appealed through the Student Appeals Center?
Answer:
Below is a list of appeals that are currently not accepted. This is not a comprehensive list, but examples of appeals that will not be accepted. Every decision is rendered on each individual situation and circumstances.

Examples of appeals that will not be accepted:
  • Re-entry into an expired program
  • Graduating with less than the minimum Grade Point Average (GPA)
  • Removing appropriately awarded credit; (UOPX cannot unapply transfer credits or other credits)
  • National Testing Program transfer credit value or credit level
  • Applying Academic Reprieve or retaking classes to improve the GPA after program is conferred
  • Any policy that states no exceptions
